My wife and I had called in to the Sun Inn for a drink on the outbound part of a long weekend and decided to switch to the Sun Inn on the rerun leg of our trip. The atmosphere and service were the determining factors but enjoyed a great evening meal and an excellent breakfast.

Room was okay. Breakfast was fine although missed the usual buffet as less than 50 quests staying in hotel at the time. Dinner was slow but food okay. Lovely surroundings including the lake.

Not happy with the "upgrade" which was to a room in the Tower. This builbing is away from the hotel. The problem we found was having to go back to the hotel for restaurant, pool etc. So in our opinion it was not an upgrade just a nuisance. If we had been staying for more than 1 night we would have asked to move.

Hotel is in a prime spot, so nice to have their own car parking. Well presented rooms, everything on hand. Staff very kind and helpful. Good food at Miller & Carter.

Very cosy, clean flat with nice furniture and decor. We really enjoyed our stay here with our 1 year old, would highly recommend it and will hopefully be back!

We needed to be up by 4am. We are always dependent on an early morning telephone call. You no longer provide this service (although your sister hotel in Valencia airport does!) Luckily we were saved by one of your employees , Winston, who came up to our room to set the alarm on the tv and also set the alarm on my wife's phone. We are both elderly and could not have managed these technicalities. We have stayed many times at this hotel with complete satisfaction. We may not be able to in future if this new policy remains.

The location was great, and beds were very comfy

Our room was given away to another customer because they had double booked them before we got there, the staff id spoke to were rude and made it out as if it was our fault! A member of staff had knocked on the door in the Mormon we replied saying we didn’t need the service and asked if they could come back later, the member of staff unlocked our door and just walked in. Our mini fridge was full of food that was from our stay.
