  A lovely greeting and we were upgraded at check in. My Daughter was also given a chocolate gift! Lovely staff at the check in desk and the reception area looked and smelt amazing. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Breakfast was also lovely.

  We had a great night but we were not told the breakfast times or where we had to go. Not a big deal though we just asked later on. No menu for room service in the room and not much on the tea tray. That said we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.

  The room was fairly spacious, bed quite comfortable and good location next to two tube lines.

  No possibility to open the window. No fridge. Was given an 'accessible room' which I didn't request and so I found the bathroom/toilet quite uncomfortable. The alarm bell went off in the morning which wasn't nice, although it stopped.

  The bathroom had a bad odour of ammonia, when we reported it they went to check and said it smelt like cleaning products! They said to check when we get back and they could move us to another room, when we returned we were not asked about it and it looked like she was off duty, The smell didn’t ease at all
