The location was beautiful. Stunning scenery around the property. Osgodby is gorgeous & very close to the beaches & other seaside attractions. The room was well-equipped & extremely comfortable. There was a comfy double bed & an extra single bed too. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay Luke the barman was lovely. He got me my keys & showed me to my room. We couldn't speak easily as there were very loud customers in the bar when I checked in at 7pm. Luke even apologised for the foul-mouthed regulars who used the F-word in every sentence despite young children being in their party. Luke got some hot food for me which was delicious. He kindly served it in the quiet, closed bar at the back where I could watch the football whilst eating. Thank you to Luke. The landlady was also very nice and friendly when I met her.

The many stairs & very uneven floors. No light in the entrance to the accommodation building makes it hard to see. Old beautiful building but not good if you have any mobility issues. No lift obviously as it's a historic building. The wooden boxing off in the bathroom had gaps in it so it collected muck.

While it has a good location, it lacks a bit of the homey feeling. It's a very dull room, no art or pictures, there is no water which I would expect from a 4* hotel in the city. One day, there was a strange power cut in random rooms and while this was super annoying for me, the staff was very helpful and gave me another room to get ready.

While the towels were changed daily, some of them had stains on it or even a price sticker. I would like to see on the other side an option that the towels are not replaced daily to save energy and water.

The Top Floor is a perfect example of how to run a B&B. Clean, well equipped and with a quick but comprehensive brief from Sarah, we were instantly at home in the accommodation.

Nothing at all.

The hotel is very close to Victoria tube station and many bus stops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room had no window. I knew that when I booked it but I didn’t think the space would be so small. I only stayed for one night and it was fine, but for over one night, it would feel suffocating. A clustrophobic person could not bear this, and two people definitely can’t move around in these rooms which do take two people but should not. Also, you can hear the underground throughout the day and night, even with the ear plugs I sleep with. The AC also makes a lot of creaking noise when it is on.

The room was a good size, clean and had a window you could open.

There was no lift so if you can't manage to carry your bags up the stairs this may be problematic
