Didn't like anything about this so-called make shift garage type apartment tbh. Very smelly, a really bad odur in the house, linen was smelly, towels hadn't been dried properly, so they absolutely stank like urine. There Wasnt enough towels either. The place is absolutely filthy, so much dust and facilities and decor well out of date Would not recommend this place tonanyone unless major changes are made

The staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. The room was basic, but adequate for my requirements. The breakfast is served on schedule at 730. I would stay again.

The room was dated but adequate. The room was in the roof of the hotel so very warm at night, I could open the window, but this led to a poor nights sleep due to animal noise from outside. A fan would have been a good addition, as the window could then have been closed. There were no staff at reception overnight so this could not be requested. An emergency number was given but this wasn't an emergency. There was an average selection of breakfast. The bacon was undercooked.

Lovely room which was large, a quick filling bath (much needed after a long day walking!) and a really big comfy bed. Great views over Reeth

You can’t book a table so when we came down for supper we had to eat on their conference overspill room which is bleak and a bit cold. Food was ok
