Staff were all amazing! Super friendly, helpful and attentive. the place has a great vibe and the bar / restaurant area is super cosy and was great to have a drink at while we waited for check in (they even had a log fire going!). The breakfast was delicious - although I wish there was an option for a smaller or medium sized cooked breakfast as the "big breakfast" was a tad too big Super good value for money at the price we paid and we would happily stay there again.

The rooms while comfortable and clean were showing a fair bit of wear and tear, the place could definitely use a fresh coat of paint in a few areas and the bathroom was suffering from poor ventilation (shower needed regrouting / resealing), also the bed (while having a super comfortable mattress) in the double room was actually queen size, which felt a bit cramped after being used to a double bed at home

It was a special trip with our two young kids 7 and 4 for our daughter's birthday. We were given the best room in the hotel. The prime view of tower bridge and a wonderful surprise of chocolates, birthday card for her and a bottle of wine for us. We truly felt very special. The swimming pool was a winner with my children, a little on the lukewarm side but not uncomfortable. We would definitely book this hotel again.

The location of this Inn is superbly situated in the heart of the village and a matter of yards from small beach. The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful and the food was first class, and a well kept pint. The room was excellent and very spacious with a nice large bathroom.

Everything! Brilliant location, clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Not keen on self service breakfast, like to be waited on but found a place close by that did amazing breakfasts. Would definitely stay again!

My room had all I needed including a little fridge which is rare these days. The check-in process was quick. And there's so much nice eateries and Cafes within walking distance.
