There were many fabulous aspects to the property - spacious, bright and attractive, wonderful outdoor sitting area, very comfortable lounge with excellent lighting, spotless, well equipped kitchen. The showers were powerful and there was a bath too. The location was great. It was very peaceful and lovely to be able to access the nature reserve within metres of the property.

The beds!! The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Like everything else in the property, they appeared new so are just a low quality product. It was such a shame. They didn't suit any of us, whether we had a preference for hard or soft mattresses. We couldn't get WiFi as the network we were given didn't appear. We had text exchanges with the managers of the property about this, but they couldn't come up with a solution that worked.

The staff were very helpful & friendly, rooms had everything you needed. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, . Excellent location, regular buses to any where on the island, St Helier bus ride away I would recommend. !!!!!

Ample parking. Hotel was flexible on my changes in reservation and breakfast. They helped is to prepare sandwiches for takeaway as we would miss breakfast

Bathroom: shower water got all over the floor; we had to use our towels to sop it up Bathroom: no counter or ledge to put things on such as makeup bags, brushes, combs, hairspray, hair dryers: very inconvenient Room: no mirror by a plug for using a hair dryer Room: no light by the sofa bed for reading
