Good location. There are stops nearby. The bus goes to the center. You can walk along the park to the metro if you have time. The apartment is quite pleasant, bright. With a set of necessary utensils. The staff is very friendly. It was my son's birthday and we had a cake and a birthday card, which was very nice! Across the street there is a cozy cafe with Italian snacks and fresh croissants.

I didn't like that the apartment was quite dirty. I'm not talking about the building dust from the renovation, there was hair all over the area which was very disappointing as we paid £90 for the cleaning and would have liked to have our front area cleaned up too. But we were also asked to collect the internal garbage and take it outside. What then is included in these 90 pounds?? And there was a feeling that someone had already slept in our bed before us. We found hair in two of the beds and the pillowcases were wrinkled. Honestly, cleanliness is one and a huge minus

Breakfast was excellent and prepared as you wanted it. Liked the idea of booking your breakfast preferences the night before. The room was a delight and the bathroom was very good. The owners were very welcoming and made you feel at home.

Location was very good, especially travelling by train, and breakfasts were fine. Hotel bar was nice. Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned at a decent time every day. Liked the nautical theme.

Room was a bit small and in need of modernization, the overbath shower could not be adjusted, stuck at about three feet. Occasional loud tannoy noise from the train station. Lifts a bit on the small side.

Great location, clean inside. Nice facilities - fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Dog poo right outside door, did inform on arrival but nothing done about it. Bed downstairs very very uncomfortable, would say this property is not suitable for more than 4 people if they had a better sofa bed. All kitchen items were for 4 people, so 1 person short. Parking very tight for larger cats and at additional cost.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly which meant we had to leave windows open and endure a lot of road noise. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, the handle was broken and the door appeared too big for the frame The bathroom extractor fan didn’t work and there were patches of mould in the room and bathroom The restaurant charged £2-50 to provide gravy with a children’s sausage & mash On arrival the receptionist charged me £85 more than the cost of the room rather than taking a swipe of my card Generally the hotel appeared tired
