This isn’t a reflection on the property as a whole but the room. The LED lights in the bed head were broken and flickering all night, we couldn’t turn them off. This had an impact on my sleep as I couldn’t get to sleep easy. We stayed in room 109.

I left my phone charger in the room, I called and spoke with reception who promised to call me back and did'nt, I called again and was told that no charger was found in the room. I was also told should it turn up they would post it to me. The charger was unique to my phone and would fry most phones should it be used on others 100watt

The apartment building is old and dirty AND IS NOT THE ONE ADVERTISED IN BOOKING. The two bathrooms were a disaster. The en-suite bathroom did not flush and we slept with the 'smell of our liquids/organic soils also had an aluminum floor sill, very cut, detached and dangerous. The second bathroom had floor tiles peeling off and the tub with shower was not usable inquando the supports were different from the hand shower. The oven was dirty. The window facing the street did not close and it looked like the bed was street-side. The 'other bedroom, while we were sleeping, the slat supports broke and we sank into the bed. The cooking plate is so old that there are no more directions for using it. the coffee machine was not usable as the waffle stand was missing. The kitchen was all dirty and ruined. To all our complaints, the owner, after 2 days of our stay, told us that we could leave the apartment and he would refund the remaining days!!! Me family and two little 2 year old children!!! Try to move everything and find an apartment at an acceptable price for a family for a remaining stay of 2 days!!! i have atteched the real appartment pictures.
