destination reviews from real travellers

How does it work?

  • 1

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

  • 2

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • Sawit Garden Cottages

    - “Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff's hospitality was unparalleled—they went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience from start to finish. Leonk took care of booking our ferry tickets to and from the island and organised pick-up and drop-off at the ferry port, making our journey completely hassle-free. He even dropped us to a beautiful sunset viewpoint for dinner. Additionally, he arranged for a daily taxi driver who expertly organised our daily trips, allowing us to explore the island with ease. We also had great breakfasts here, would recommend the banana pancakes! This place truly is a gem and it was the highlight of our trip, so peaceful and serene. The pool was pristine, and there was a lovely area with sun beds, perfect for relaxing afternoons. Our room was spacious and equipped with a powerful air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the heat. One of my friend’s highlights was the staff's willingness to take her on a motorbike trip into town, which was a memorable and fun experience! Their friendliness and dedication truly made our stay special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable island getaway, we can’t wait to visit again.”

  • The Platinum 2 Kuala Lumpur by LUMA

    - “Apartment is huge and new. This luxury for this price is very hard to find anywhere in the world. We were at 43rd floor, excellent view. From Platinum to KL Twin Tower is max 15min walking. Infinity pool has wonderful view to KL and one of the best view to Twin Tower. Yes it could be crowded (day and night until 22h), but this is the reason why pool is there.”

  • Hotel the Match

    - “The friendly staff & location was perfect Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel me & my partner loved it & will definitely stay again.”

  • Pogodna Apartments

    - “New, modern, clean, well equipped, very nice bathroom and kitchen! Lots of closet space. Quiet!”

  • Village Aparthotel By BOA

    - “The aparto accommodation was great. The location was convenient to be able to walk around the city, close to the Mercado do Bolhão and right by a metro station if needed. Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

Neatly tucked away in a quiet lane off Cannon St, this venue is perfectly located for your London stay. You’ll be amazed how quiet the place is despite being located in central London. The self-catering flats are tastefully decorated and provide all modern comfort. Many supermarkets, pubs and restaurants in the area. Tube and national railway stations around the corner. Walking distance from St Paul’s, Borough Market, Southwark Cathedral and The Shard.

Central location, only 7 minutes walk to the British Museum. The Stephen Street (stand B) bus stop around the corner had buses (390) that went to Victoria bus station every 15 minutes. This was handy for getting the coach. It was very affordable with a nice view. The Cucina restaurant had good food and was affordable with 25% off for guests. Breakfast was an okay standard with lots to choose from.

The decor was very dated and the lifts had a long waiting time due to being full, so give yourself a lot of time to check out. The hotel room was very small and noisy at night. The bed was very basic and not comfy. Expect budget- you get what you pay for. The carpet was dirty and had a large brown stain in the middle of the room. I got upgraded to a window- and thank goodness because there was an odour of sweat when I checked in. Tea and coffee facilities were basic. I would not recommend drinking the tap water- buy a bottle of water to make coffee with. There is a Sainbury’s outside the property.
