The hotel is very high tech with checking in and checking out handled by remote assistant. Lots of other room functions (lights, curtains etc) carried out via Alexa. Very spacious and clean room with great views of the Tay. A short walk to local restaurants and bars. Easy to park outside or to rear of hotel. Very comfortable, huge bed. .Exceptionally good value..

The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, it was in a great location, 10 minute walk up hill to Windermere or 15 minute walk down hill to Bowness. Hotel was clean and well presented and the room was comfortable with great shower and tea and coffee facilities. The young lady who served us breakfast was polite and friendly.

We were in Room 5 which I would say was on the top floor or the loft, although we could manage this after walking 10 miles each day climbing 2 flights of stairs was hard going. Think this should be mentioned when advertised or in the booking comments.

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The free packed lunch was an unexpected bonus, and as we were staying at the hotel the night before we started our South Downs Way walk it came in really handy! Easy to get to from the train station, and right by the sea.

Excellent staff, location close to the City Centre and great value for money. This Hotel is a friendly place which is clean and has a great location with parking on site. We have already booked 2 more visits in the next month!

Room was small bathroom was very small it all just felt cramped for only two people and the walls are too thin we could hear next rooms conversations we were in an upgraded room as they said but didn’t feel like it the breakfast was very poor (cold) and had to wait for things to be replenished I wouldn’t even say it was busy. There was close parking but wasn’t given clear enough directions for their parking and so ended up in the wrong one. Thought I was getting a good deal on the price for a hotel(chain) that has a good reputation but disappointed that I was only saving a few £ compared to a chain over the road but at least I know for next time.
