Excellent location, 3 min walk to station and shops/restaurants. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Responsive host when you have questions and requests.

We were asked for additional ID in arrival. Not just the card we paid with. This had not been communicated before we travelled. We were travelling light on trains and struggled to find something acceptable. Thankfully we managed to agree a way round this, but communication before travel would have avoided this. Would have preferred a King size bed.

Location. No running water in room. No en-suite toilet. It easy to find.

It was very dirty, there were gangs of people hanging out in the hallways, one family had their door wedged open and they smelt disgusting which made the whole hallway including my room smell really bad, the carpets in my room were covered in stains and there was even residue on the wood panelling in my room which looked like someone had thrown food across the room
