Parking was great & didn’t mind leaving the car there quite safe as a very decent area. Very welcoming & furnishings were lovely , helpful staff gave us helpful information , our room was cosy & clean the bed was so comfortable & had a great nights sleep, lovely full English breakfast also a good choice of cereals fruit yogurts & toast with a assortment of jams. Great stay thank you 🤩

The staff were lovely, we hadn't booked breakfast and on arrival we were given a voucher for free breakfast the following morning, we needed extra pillows of which they never had, but they ran to there sister hotel to get us some

Location was great , easy to walk into Buxton . Room was clean and adequate for a single person . Although I didn't originally order a breakfast , it was easy to order one on the morning .

The floor of room 111 has a slight slope which can be a bit off putting . Also the floorboards squeaked when walking on and you could hear them squeaking in the next room as well . Could have done with a floor towel for when leaving the shower , also the shower screen could be a bit longer .

Lovely comfortable flat in St.Pauls near to Cabot Circus and all of central Bristol attractions. Welcoming bottle of wine and great attention to detail.

The only very minor things were 1. An old poly cotton bobbly sheet on master bed - didn’t seem to fit with standard of rest of property ( expected good quality cotton) and was not particularly comfortable to sleep on 2. The curtain poles in living area need attention they are lopsided - because not properly secured?

Extremely over priced. Bathroom - it felt like an airplane bathroom. Bad sewerage smell from sink, shower leaked out onto bathroom room

I could say very tired, but it’s more than that. Needs a complete re haul. Everything in this establishment is done on the cheap. Basic. Cheap but not cheerful
