The room was big, beds were good and location was ok. It was close to were we wanted to travel too. It's a bit off putting when you go there as they have male staff standing at the front door not letting anyone in. Was told to go to the window outside the building to check in and out. Cleaners clean your room everyday with or without your consent. They came into our room everyday while we were out for the day.

Good communication from owners, asked if we wanted more coffee which was nice. Clean Good location with view of Ben Nevis The jacuzzi bath was very nice and very much needed after a long day of hiking

The toiletries were not restocked in the shower. There was a red stain on the bedding. The camomile tea was empty. The fridge door top compartment did not keep anything cool.

It was very clean and comfortable. the room size has now upgradrd from what i remember Ibis was. definitely recommend

the air control. it was very hot. the condition of the air still being heated becausr the outside temperature is not above 20 results in the air atill being heated up. it's not ideal to have that as a threshold specially during a UK summer/spring

Location bit intimidating with Marching season as we were coming from Donegal but street itself quiet didn’t feel safe leaving car overnight with southern registration so parked in town near concert in a multi story very cheap and convenient so all worked out really well

Breakfast terrible dried up .room v small we left a day early because of the noise in room above us. Toilet behind door not a good idea room very small.stuck in corner.
