Location good. Despite being out of town, close to frequent & quick buses & trains. Quiet rooms. Good facilities in club room. Everything needed. Good TV. Good value. Parking good had I needed it. Great staff.

Breakfast so-so, focussed on cooked breakfast options. Needs the single lamp electric socket near the bed making into a double socket! An easy fix but annoying.

The Post code for the Hotel takes you to an adjacent street!! - Taxi at night in dark & the same in the morning - Nightmare !!!!-especially as DLR wasn’t working near Hotel Ok if you have maps on your phone!!!

The location is good, close to Victoria metro station. The service was very good, and the room was large and very comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay.

There were very few baby chairs in the dinning room. Sometimes there were no chairs available for us during breakfast. Regardless, the food was good and the staff was very attentive.

Where do i start.... firstly the receptionist was rude when we were checking in. Booked a time for breakfast but when we got there the next morning there were no tables available and the waiter offered us a table that someone was already sitting on. When we got into the room it was FREEZING and the heater wasn't great either as it took so long to heat up the room (pretty much overnight). The door for the toilet was broken and didn't even close so it was very uncomfortable going toilet with an open door when i was staying with a friend. The door to the room didn't close automatically and we didn't realise till we got back from breakfast and saw the door wide open (our fault for not checking but also most hotels I've been in have automatic closing doors for safety). As a whole this was a disappointing experience for the money we paid and will definately not be going back.

I have to change my review unfortunately. I've booked this apartment in London for 4 nights and paid via bank transfer. Already after the payment was made the owner asked me to cancel, because they couldn't host me one night, so we agreed that I'll stay 3 nights in the end. I was told that I will receive the reimbursement after my stay. However, after my stay my booking has been cancelled (so I can't even write to the support) and the owner doesn't reply to my messages and phone calls. Apparently there is no way to get my 186 Euro back. Honestly, this is the first time I meet with such situation on Booking.
