Property was easy to find and well located within walking distance (20 minutes) of the town centre. There was a drive which might take two cars but also plenty of on street parking outside the property. The apartment was very clean, reasonably spacious and very well equipped including plenty of toiletries, towels, coffee machine and cafetière. A lot of thought has gone into the decor and facilities making for a thoroughly enjoyable stay and Annette was helpful and communicative throughout. Can’t really fault the property, shame about the barking dog which sounded right outside the flat every early morning, but that’s hardly anything to complain about! We would happily recommend this place if visiting Cromer or North Norfolk in general and look forward to returning some time.

I can’t think of anything vital which was an issue. The shower door could do with a refit (started to gap half way up but doesn’t leak too much). The wardrobe is a little wobbly but really these things are so minor I feel churlish mentioning them.

Breakfast was really good & very plentiful. Shakshuka was delicious & spicy. A real treat. Lots of fresh fruit salad, creamy natural yogurt & fresh pastries. All with very good coffee. Room was very tastefully decorated & bed super comfy. Had an amazing night’s sleep. Very good coffee & tea offer in room with fresh milk. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Fantastic stay.

Location was perfect, Pat was very welcoming and so friendly. Made our stay very comfortable. I could not fault a single thing. It was a home from home, comfortable, exceptionally clean, beautiful view from the room.

The staff. When asked to get some more food for breakfast we were advised that breakfast finished in 45 minutes so can we make do with what was there. No Bread for toast. No eggs. No vegetarian sausages as it was to late to start cooking now. It was an absolute joke. It was 9:15. Breakfast finishes at 10. No cereals
