The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Perfect spot to enjoy Bowness. Right in town on a quiet side street, a few steps from eateries and shops. A flight of stairs to apartment, which is placed on 2 floors, with a well equipped kitchen living dining, and spacious bedrooms above, sharing a bathroom. Highly recommended.

We loved the hot tub, just what we needed after a day of karting. It was very easy to walk and get food. Whilst the accommodation is small it has everything that you could need for a short stay.

Electrics tripped whilst we were out and we couldn’t work out why, host came straight away to sort out so it was all okay.

Clean ,comfortable beds, nicely decorated room. Walk in shower. Little extras like bar of complementary chocolate and water left in the room.

The fact that they preloaded our payment card with a fictitious amount. This meant that they then required the card again the next day on booking out, to take the correct amount. The staff were unable to tell us when the £100 over payment would be refunded to our card! Not happy as it seemed like sharp practice. Also not experienced this at other hotels in the uk or on the continent during the last 2 years.

Hidden little gem, perfect for couples wanting to escape for a few days. Restaurant / food was amazing and the breakfast.

Our room we stayed in had stains on the bedding box, bit of mould around the grout area in the shower. No lift for people in need either

The hotel is incredibly old, the rooms are tiny and poorly maintained. We booked the executive room which is the most expensive option and looked new and modern in the pictures. I assure you it is not. This is a 2 max 3 star hotel. Worst hotel I've experienced in central London.
