I did not really need the hotels facilities as I was visiting with family who are local. So I liked the staff, I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign up the first day and the maid left me a fresh towel bottled water coffee and milk and other things she may have felt I might need., on a stool outside the door. I didn't get to eat there - we had little time, but it is my eldest grandsons favorite restaurant so I will be able to visit it this autumn when I return to the UK. The room was great - themed but not O/T and was a good size and well equiped (though I always like a fridge personally.

I can't think of anything much. The car park is full of warning signs from the individual parking management that sounds very threatening and potentially very expensive - but the hotel told me, quite correctly in my case, that nothing would happen if I didn't register the car with them. The stair carpet was threadbare in some places which seemed out of sync with the condition of the rest of the area. Otherwise everything was great!

The location is very handy if you have a car. It's not too far from the centre and there is a very nice playground around 5 minutes drive from the place. Kid love running down the corridor, fortunately the flat is on ground floor so no neighbour is disturbed in the process.

We had a little bit of an issue with getting the keys. I didn't know that a deposit is required to receive the code, and I tried phoning them, there's no one answering. Booking.com's app doesn't allow me to check the message in their own website. I had to open my laptop, fortunately I brought it with me, then log on to Booking.com to check message then to find out that the reason why we haven't receive key code was because of the deposite. It'd be better if they communicated in other ways as well, like a phone call or whatapp message.

I found it very comfortable and accomplished the beds were soft and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was proper kitchen utensils and some food items which made cooking easier

Needs some TLC, blinds broken in every room, shower changes from hot to cold all the time, the emergency lights stay on all night shining through the bedrooms to keep you awake, the internet won't stay on meaning the TV doesn't work. The whole place is a bit tatty with stained carpets and marks up the wall.
