Fabulous stay in this gem of a hotel. Weather made it more perfect for use of pool and outdoor facilities. Breakfast was adequate, lunch was fantastic and all staff really friendly and accommodating

Not the hotels fault at all but the road was All dug up outside and loud construction on Monday and Tuesday morning. No fault of the hotel at all, just unfortunate when trying to rest

Building site due to renovations. My "city view" room was now scaffolding. Toilet had no flushing power could barely get tissue to go down. The Beds were very uncomfortable the mattress was so solid. The AC in the room was very temperamental and in a room without a window to open it made the room uncomfortably hot at times Bedside tables should be on both sides of a bed in my opinion Considering the cost of the room with a further £25 parking on top I think it was really poor value for money. Not even close to a 4 star accommodation

expensive for the size of the room. Card access to room was unreliable. TV wasn't working on arrival but staff came up and fixed it for us. Bed was quite firm.

Needed black out blinds. Couldn’t take dog in restaurant so couldn’t help myself to any breakfast items which were self serve. A lady did bring me coffee but it was cold by the time I got my full English, didn’t get any toast and couldn’t find anyone to help me!
