Comfortable beds ,good space in room,had a kettle, iron and ironing board ,and a hairdryer..provided with plenty of lovely soft towels .We only had breakfast on both days ..good variety on menu..great tasting food and well presented..10/10 for the only waiter on both mornings he was very attentive and had a good rapor with everyone..any other staff we spoke to on passing were all very pleasant..good place to stay.

Time spent at this hotel certainly met our expectations. From friendly managment/staff, to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cleanliness was second to none. Unfortunately we did not have time to stay for breakfast on this occasion but we are certainly looking forward to, on out next visit in the near future.... well done all involved

During our 3 week stay in UK we stayed in quite a few B&Bs. This one stands out as it was nicer (I mean more cosy and tasteful decoration) than most. The owner tried this little bit harder than average. The breakfast was this little bit better due to a delicious freshly made fruit salad.

Great price, great location; a brief walk to the train station and shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities.The host was friendly and professional and communicated courteously throughout our stay to ensure that we were happy. Very highly recommended!

The location is superb and surrounded by all the top rated restaurants in the same street. A stone's throw from the river as well. Lovely restaurant and breakfast was first class. Chef will happily make an omelette as well.

Paid extra for a Queen room and wasn't worth the money. Room still small and not very luxurious. Fridge didn't work. No facilities apart from selling point - the great location of the hotel.

Neat and tidy rooms with an option to upgrade your room to suite was really attractive. Staffs were nice and professional. Special thanks to Jethin who upgraded our room and gave us a nice room.

The only negative was the touch pad in the room for the lights wouldnt turn off. Meaning the backlight on it illuminated the room

Have stayed here before. Not as good this time. Feel the room was tired and need of freshen up. Disappointed in the restaurant area being closed. Had to eat in bar area. No atmosphere.
