Positive section of review
Wifi. TV when there was no interference. Plenty of choice for breakfast even for celiac. Easy enough to get in with code. Plenty of toilet rolls - did not run out. Netflix when there was no interference. Plenty of hot water. Welcoming note on the door.

Having to climb over my husband to go to the toilet in the night as the side of the bed was against the wall. Dirty looking, itchy bedding, was a pubic hair on bottom sheet, put me right off. Not enough pillows, uncomfortable bed, mattress too small for bed. Too easy to loose things down side, top & bottom of bed. Dirty carpet. No tea /coffee facilities in the room. Shabbiness of the decoration such as door frames with dried on dripped paint, grouting of tiles in bathroom untidy, daubed on and not neatened. Netflix turned off in the middle of a film. Smallest window to let some daylight in, but furniture made the room really dark especially when it rained. The view out of the window was of a rotten window, the back yard and backs of other houses. Kitchen tap loose /hanging off. A dog barking all the time we were there in the day. Table for 2 in the kitchen no way to sit at the second chair as the fridge blocked you in- pointless! It was like student accommodation. The stairs were steep and the rail going up loose made you unsteady. Good job we were there visiting friends and just used it as a base. No way of locking your key in the locker you just turned the dial and it opened, despite changing the number. Disappointing.

Wonderful staff who were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing fantastic service. Breakfast was included in the cost and was lovely. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

There was only one charging point in the room, perhaps an extension cable could be included to make this more convenient. The wifi connection was patchy.

Can't beat the location and the hotel had ample parking. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good.

The codes and doors as in main door and my room... a b&m 40 tonne lorry rocked up and tipped out ⁰all the goods... it was stupidly loud but I do reserve myself tbh

The bedside lights and plug sockets didn’t work. Tried looking for a fuse board in the kitchen and couldn’t find one. Nobody answered the phone when I tried calling for assistance. No tv in bedroom and the pictures don’t match what is provided. Also wasn’t made aware that there’s an additional £250 deposit that you have to pay that isn’t shown on booking.com and when queried about it was told it wouldn’t reach my account for a further seven working days after checkout?!

The bathroom was small, and we were put on the ground floor at first with an extractor unit directly outside our window that omitted a low frequency buzz, this seemed very loud when sitting in the room.

Unclear where you were going. Luck to find room. Room had hole in wall, I’ll fitting flooring and burn on carpet. Pool had peeling paint at room edges. Steps everywhere. Breakfast cold and ran out of things
