  Everything was fabulous! Room clean and well appointed, hosts welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with bonus of freshly baked bread and pancakes. Cherry on the top was the fact these was an EV charging station which was very reasonable priced, and meant an un-interrupted journey for my grandson and I the following day. I'll definitely book again if I'm in the area.

  The location is very convenient to travel. The room is spacious and clean. Complete facilities. There are staff to take care of you 24 hours a day and provide assistance in every matter. This is my 2nd time staying here and will choose this place when I travel to London again.

  Sound insulation was not as good as it should be. Poor design and construction. I suggest you talk to your design teams in future not to skimp on sound insulation like so many organisations do as a way of cost cutting. I also suggest you have better management on site to prevent poor workmanship.
