This is a beautiful lodge. It was very clean and well looked after, with lovely furnishings and fittings. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to cook. The surroundings were gorgeous, with good views down over the fields. The hot tub was excellent, well maintained and again very clean. No problems with key collection, and good communication from owners regarding how we wanted the bedrooms set up.

I found it slightly restrictive that the hot tub couldn't be used after 9pm. I appreciate that neighbours should be respected, but as a quiet family group it would have been nice for the parents to have the option to sit in the hot tub and unwind after a day out. However, this is my only bit of criticism, and doesn't detract from the fact that this is a wonderful place to stay.

Very good room, huge size with plenty of space. couple of seats helped and the ability to open the windows properly was great to cool the room. Access was good, it was reasonably quiet given how close to the main road we were. Nice grounds and a pleasant stay all round. The jacuzzi bath was a nice bonus!

The hospitality of the team is exceptional! Whenever I sent a message out, I did receive prompt replies and assistance all through. The location is easy to find and walking distance to the center, and approximately 15min walk to Coventry University.

I didn’t mind but the room cleaning was not automatically done daily. You could ofcourse request. Also if you are looking for a quiet place, this may not work as you can hear noises from other rooms and when vacuuming is taking place in the building. The area is residential so pretty quiet. Consider carrying toiletries with you.

Pet friendly as we have 2jack Russell's and could take them in the bar with us, location was great only a short walk to bars and shops,staff nice and friendly,also free parking .

Room was a little small but we were told that before we booked as it was the only room left,1of the blinds in room was broken so we couldn't roll up to let daylight in but there were 2 windows.

Breakfast adequate but too many times you have to go back up the the counter for items eg. Milk juice tea bags cereal coffee and make your own toast

The code was not sent to us and we had to call the manager who apologised. The cleaner was there but we did hear the manager question how many of us there were turning up which was a little off putting. We asked specifically about cooking utensils beforehand and was reassured but there is no pan large enough to cook for 5 people and no essentials like tongues for cooking etc. The apartment rear is onto a pub which is very noisy. We were asked to accommodate a ' viewing' as the apartment is up for sale but this was accepted when we declined. No iron but the manager kindly did have one sent over. The lounge has no blind so sleeping in there is not really suitable for the 5 th person.

Dirty, bathroom and bedrooms smelt of mould. Noisy, curtains in bedroom didn't keep light out. Get what you pay for Hard to find, it's part of the Bell Street bar
