The property was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely spacious and had great amenities. Many reviews have already said this but the location is hard to beat. You literally exit right into Chinatown and Leicester Square is less than a block away. There were two tube stations less than a five minute walk away from the property. The hosts were very helpful and were quick to respond when we had any queries. We’ll be back for sure!

The Hotel is amazing and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a great location for getting round some of the key sights of London. Our rooms were very spacious an airy and the double glazing really blocks out the sound of traffic! Its also full of history and I like that about a building ... the bars and restaurant are excellent.

An observation about the reception area, is there is not enough seating when you are waiting. Also, no hooks for suit carriers when you are standing at the desks. The only thing in my opinion that lets the hotel down is the breakfast, which is just mediocre (not the staff, they were great!), it was very underwhelming and not what you would expect from the price you are paying for the hotel and rooms! Only the breakfast, everything else was amazing ...

I am disabled and the staff very kindly thought I would benefit from a room with a wet room. However, I find these more troublesome. As I say, it was done with good intentions. Also, there was someone having a rather loud discussion in the early hours of the morning right underneath our window. This dis wake me up.

It's a good location. Close to the train station, Barbican and shops.

On this occasion, our room was overlooking the main road and the traffic noise at night was bad. I was woken several times by the cars and buses driving by.

Good location. Free car park which you can use the day after your stay.

Room smelt damp, mattress really hard, Mildew in shower. Asked for bath and received reply saying I would but room only had shower. Doors bang really loudly.
