      Location of the hotel was great as i was staying for a conference. Many restaurants etc nearby. Bed was very comfortable and shower was clean, hot and powerful. Staff were 24/7, friendly and helpful. Extra amenities available in reception. Fresh crosissants available to buy from the counter in the lobby downstairs. Nice seating area downstairs. Overall happy with my stay and would stay again

      My room was a bit too small, if i had known this i would have likely booked a larger room; thankfully though it was only myself staying for a 2 day conference so it was okay in the end. Cleaning isn’t provided. You have to pay an extra £25 per day. They did however provide extra towels etc for my two night stay so i didnt need this. If you’re staying for 2 i would suggest a larger room but overall happy and would stay again if i need to attend the same conference

      The only hotel at T5 Heathrow and after a terrible day, we felt more relaxed and welcomed instantly. We had executive rooms which included lounge access and a larger room. For us, we felt this was worth it. One of the lifts had music quite loud... we found this entertaining and had some fun with it (although others may not feel the same). The staff were friendly.

      The executive lounge isn't quite as good as my past experiences in the Hilton exec lounge... mostly due to the variety of what was on offer. The quality of the lounge was great and we did enjoy the different offerings it had.

      Nicely decorated rooms, 307 could be done with a little TLC though. Location is great and staff friendly and helpful with printing off gig tickets.

      AC wasnt working - the room felt like a sauna. Did ask about it at reception and was told they would put a fan in - which they didnt. Also there was a mini fridge that was plugged in but not working, which is a shame as I had food and drinks that would have been better chilled.

      The building is very nice with beautiful architecture good location. Room clean bed comfortable.

      Poorly maintained needs updating musty smell, floor creek, lifts small and scary, paid per device WiFi totally unacceptable, strangely only 3G in rooms?? Sound of pipes water running. Parking extortionate.

      Booking.com did not pass on our request for twin beds so we had 2 hours of hassle trying to get our room changed. On a hot May afternoon this was not a great experience, but to no fault of the hotel. They were great in sorting the issue out.

      Staff member was very rude and we got chucked out due to the fire alarm going off in the building they believed we were smoking in the room but my partner was in the shower so it was the steam.we did not smoke in the room but your member of staff was smoking cannabis outside asbthe smell was awful. i am registered disabled and suffer very bad with my mental health so was very very stressed and upsted and was and is in excruciating pain all the time can barely walk we had nowhere to go and was stranded and slept on the beach. I am very unhappy with the service we got from this hotel and the young man staff tim. I would like to get a refund due to this would like to get a refund as never been treated the way I was ever at all very upset about this could somebody please get back to me with regards to this matter please.
