Good location nice staff and the best thing it's run by YMCA so any profit goes to them. The restaurant café area very handy for travellers using the train opposite.Nice and good breakfast. Easy and very convenient parking

Glass tops on top of bedside tables, very slippery underneath and could've come off and perhaps cause an accident. It does have a bar but not one that you would recognise as a pub or hotel bar.

The location suited us as was up for a family birthday party and was close to the venue

My mother was also with us who is gluten free when I asked the hotel prior to the visit if the restaurant did gluten free I was told there was that option available when we turned up for our dinner the only option available was a salad and a steak and when asked about the burger was told there was no gluten free rolls. When we turned up for breakfast the suasages were raw which no one in the party of 5 ate and my mother had a option of a gluten free roll for breakfast which wasn’t available during evening meal

We arrived to a dirty apartment, there was no turn over since last guests so we couldn’t sleep in the bed as the sheets were dirty the kitchen is very small which is fine but it meant we couldn’t use it due to dishes and dirty work tops. No clean towels etc. the building is also still under construction so there is no lift, the carpets are badly stained from builders and the hall was covered in building materials. Contacted agent who arranged for a cleaner to come the next day and was to call round himself - sadly he didn’t come round and we in effect couldn’t use the apartment until almost mid day on day 2 of our 2 night stay. Whilst mistakes happen the lack of care or subsequent contact- despite emailing - has been very disappointing
