  What a superb cottage. Whilst it ticks all the boxes for "cosy" and snug", the sea views are off the scale, along with the attention to detail lavished on the interior by the owners. Everything was carefully considered, down to the best corkscrew I've ever used in a rental property! The location is an utter delight, with so much to see and do within a short drive, together with rapid access to all of Berwick upon Tweed's shops and facilities.

  Being greeted by the poniès on arrival, the view was fantastic, had a private garden, the grounds were amazing, everything you needed was provided, the cat made you feel welcome, the dogs were lovely, bar b provided, it was amazing

  I had my perfume stolen from my suitcase that they were looking after for me while we waited to check in. The room was opposite the reception and was so nosey all we could hear was people talking till very late and then again very early . The door Was finished poorly and only one plug socket in the whole room so when you have two phones and two sets of watches to charge we had to choose. I have reported the hotel to the police for the theft from there staff on site. Would never recommend or ever stay again. I visit London all the time and never had this issue .

  I had a terrible experience with them. They were deceitful and negligent. My luggage was stolen, and when I contacted them, the handler I spoke to showed no remorse. To make matters worse, I discovered homeless people living in a building supposedly secured with a passcode, which the handler informed me about. They tried to blame me for not securing my property, despite failing to ensure the safety of their guests' belongings. I'm still trying to get Sojo Stay or whoever is responsible to resolve this issue.
