Excellent location right in the heart of St Helier, it worked really well for us being so near to the bus station and all the shops and restaurants. Very smart and stylish hotel, we had a lovely big room with a terrace, which was clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely grill restaurant on site.

It was a smart hotel and because of that it felt very private with the self check-ins. Staff are always there to assist. Location to everywhere we wanted to go was superb. The bed was big, and super comfortable.

If I was being picky, the bathroom was a little too small and I did not have space to keep my toiletries/makeup.

Clean odour free apartment, Great facilities and free parking with permit provided. Location good , straight road into town centre, main beach front. Would highly recommend.

Could be made clearer about steep stairs to all apartments. Anybody with mobility issues may struggle.. No courtesy toilet roll upon arrival, thankfully fetched one of our own so avoided a situation..

We booked in and decided to have a drink at the bar. Only to sit at a table with someone's chewed fingernails all over it. So we moved and didn't complain as maybe the dirty sod had just left and the staff hadn't got around to cleaning it. Then we had to ask for someone to serve at the bar twice. While staff were sat around playing on mobile phones. Then we were woken up at 2am with drinks shouting and a mobile burger van outside. Which obviously that doesn't get mentioned in and advertising for the hotel. Still not the hotel or staff fault. Then came breakfast which was very nice once we had gotten it. People arriving for breakfast after us and being served. After 30mins of waiting we had to ask for manu's Shame really as we want to come back to bath around Christmas time but dont think we will be staying here
