The apartment is really nice, well equipped with everything you need for a medium-long stay. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own food. Overall, even though the flat is quite small, it's well organized so you can make the most of it. Connections to the city are excellent, the nearest bus stop is a few meters from the door, and a tube station can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. You can spend some relaxing time strolling along the canal towards Little Venice, Regent's Park and Camden Markets. The support from the staff is excellent, they're always available and very responsive from the booking till the check-out.

Breakfast room was beautiful- a real effort had been made to make this room extra special for guests staying , lights, lovely table wear, cushions. Homely feel. Self service on hot and cold drinks. Then the menu was anything from toast and marmalade to a full fry up. Whatever you want Colin who is the owner would do what he could to accommodate. It’s a golden gem !! I needed an early check in this was no issue. I needed internet for work, as it’s in a rural location I wasn’t sure if this was going to be a problem - of course it wasn’t. I had an excellent experience and will book again. Thank you

Honestly, for me anyway the perfect place to stay. Quiet, comfy, accommodating I genuinely don’t have any negatives. Free parking added bonus, I have an electric car and nearest EV charge point is about 3miles away. Again perfect. 15 minutes to Carlisle and local to Hadrians Wall.

Great location, with lots of character. stayed for one night. Very friendly team and super breakfast. Lovely views across park whilst eating breakfast. They sorted a car park ticket for £6 for 24hours and we got space right outside. Stayed in room 20 which had recently been refurbished. Very clean.

Could have done with an extra sheet to use on bed instead of the duvet, as the room was too warm for us. Room was very bright at night, maybe consider blackout blinds or curtains. White blinds were lovely but didn’t help keep light out. Screen for shower swung open a couple of times and hit the bathroom door handle with some force, was worried it would smash. Probably needs a stopper fitting somewhere to make it safe.

Everything and it eases the mind as you relax also you can have deep sleep around 8 hours worth, yes right next door to theses and opening the window you can hear theses and seagulls also the sun raise is amazing..

The takeaway opposite was the best i'd tasted for a long time. Local shop handy and Rotherham was "walkable. very quiet in the room 8 with no noises at all.

It advertises Meadowhall even though it was nowhere near. Overgrown grass and "Closed" made me think I was at the wrong place, as well as other visitors. There were too many gangs of asian youths hanging around and one time shouting obsenities at the police. Parking, if i had a car, would be impossible.

Close to most of the key sights to see so my daughter didn’t have to walk far. The views were amazing and the breakfast was fab.

The air con didn’t work, the pillows were a little hard and the fridge cabinet was dirty when we arrived.

Parking was included but I wasn’t happy that my car was not in a secure location as the parking bay in a car park next to a busy road. Despite appearing clean and very tidy there was food and items left in the kitchen & fridge from either previous tenants or staff and some parts did need cleaning, i didn’t use the kitchen. Bathroom was well equipped, shower was really good but again more detail needs to be taken on those cleaning areas, shower screen was not cleaned and did make me feel what else hadn’t. Bed was really comfortable and I felt happy.

The springs in bed mattress was popping out couldn’t sleep it was too painful. Got back pain just because of the bed they provided. It was like you touching the springs.
