Absolutely nothing rooms where disgusting celling plaster falling off above kids bunk beds. Inside the building was horrible and dirty no tv in any rooms and when we asked why the guy said because people keep stealing them they have removed them from all rooms. We were also told it was £10 for parking which would have been fine until he told us to basically park up on the curb outside the building and then told us we had to pay 10 cash for that because they don't accept card payments. There was also no WiFi available and the guy that handed us our keys didn't even seem friendly with all his teeth rotten out was a really disgusting place and we stayed for 10 minutes before leaving and booking something else terrible terrible place

Stayed for 2 nights for work in the area. Super comfy beds and plenty of fluffy towels. Everything there that was needed for a short stay. Within a 10 minute walk to plenty of amenities. Some beautiful nature walks right on the doorstep.

Felt rather exposed taking a shower as the window was only obscured part way up. Definitely needs frosted glass. No storage for clothes in the second bedroom, and the wardrobe and drawers in the main bedroom were full of towels and ornaments etc that weren’t being used. So couldn’t actually be used. Although the apartment was generally clean (spotless in most areas) looking up there were cobwebs all over the beams. Small issues but if addressed the place would be stunning.

Location, comfortable beds, power of water supply, lovely comfortable rooms, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The friendliness of the staff and the effort they put in. Very helpful.

The rules and regulations were ridiculous, silly and irritating. Not from the hotel management or staff but apparently the owners of the hotel a brewery. For example the rigidity in relation to the menu. The lunch menu runs from 11am to 5pm and one can order a baked potato from that menu, but if one wants to order a baked potato with the evening meal, it's not an option because it's not on the evening menu, the options are chips or fries. Surely there could be some leeway. If you try to request the starter as a main course, common in other establishments, it's not allowed, one has to order 2 starters which are served on 2 separate plates, totally ridiculous. You have to go to the bar to order your meals, a table server would be a nicer option.

The location was good but would have preferred something closer to LHR but is on us. We should have chosen a hotel closer to where we wanted to be.

Getting to your room is like navigating through a maze. Lifts are constantly under maintenance, so you have to walk longer on some days. The room itself was OK. It was not the best, but the view was great. Breakfast was good but would have been better with some halal options.

Now any requests on a room preference including floor and aspect is met with a charge. If the room requested is available why wouldn’t to appoint it to please a multiple returning customer? Doesn’t make sense as a policy? This time I was given a room next to the cleaners store- so noisy. Doors banging, buckets, loud chatting despite me placing a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door
