  Very clean, organised and fit for purpose. Minimalist. Easy to get a taxi. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Ample breakfast. Decent tv to watch the news.

  Felt for health and safety there should have been shower mat in shower cubicle. Because small eater would have liked small crusty rolls for breakfast.

  The bed was very comfy. Car park was OK. Nice toiletries in the room and clean bath towels.

  Stayed in a room called hogweed. There's was a constant droning noise all through the night, sounded like an extractor fan. Didn't get a wink of sleep. No vegan food on the menu at all but the landlord was friendly. The stairs and corridor upstairs are very dark and I tripped on a step outside the bedroom door. Balcony door doesn't open, and a window in the bedroom doesn't close so it was very cold in there, even whilst the radiator was on. There was a plug in heater, but sadly it didn't work.

  There was no hot water, so we had to get cold showers. The room was cold. The bed noisy. There was no kettle in the room. There was used sanitary products in the bin when we got there. The bathroom window didn't open.
