The hotel itself was very well decorated, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast offerings were good, particularly liked the fact that they had gluten free options.

Lack of parking due to current building work but that was expected and communicated in advance. Though we did have to park on the road for two nights, due to getting back to the hotel late at night. Not ideal but couldn't be helped.

Friendly helpful staff,clean room and bathroom and breakfast is just through the double doors and into the pub. Location is brilliant so what more could you ask for.

Getting woken up early from the room above, very creaky floor boards so movement from Above woke us around 6.30am on the two mornings we were there. That’s the only fault.

The continental breakfast was adequate. Booking.com advertised the offer as ‘Superb breakfast included in the price. The continental breakfast was not ‘Superb’ and the cooked breakfast, which was fine, was an extra £10 per person.
