We really enjoyed our time; we recommend it and Tunstall beach is wonderful, especially when the tide is out. The home was quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious. Only thing is there was a beeping noise coming from somewhere in the mornings but we didn't investigate it. Kitchen is equipped with cooking oil, vinegar and tea/coffee bits but if you want to do some cooking you will have to bring all other things such as seasonings, tin foil, kitchen roll, tupperware ect. The utensils are there though.

The place was very modern staff was very helpfull had an amazing beach just across the rd. Food was lovely too. Even did my dog a scrambled egg as this was is normal breakfast

Booking com had made my reservation for a double room with private bathroom and when I got there was told that would be in a twin room with a single bed. Unfortunately I didn't get very far when I spoke to the manager she told me I needed to take this up with booking.com . She wad very apologetic and told me there was no other rooms available. Tried contacting booking..com but nobody as responded to me

Friendly attentive staff. Excellent breakfast reasonably priced bar and resturant fayre. Rooms are clean spacious.the location is great for manchester Liverpool Chester.

Disappointed jacuzzi was closed on our last morning. There used to be rosemary fragrance in steam room smelled a bit fusty.

There are quite a few floors in the building - with a couple of lifts - sometimes at peak breakfast time, the lift can be congested.

We got the last available room which was at the rear We had problem with light coming in from a fire escape light that stayed on all night However the owner explained and apologised so shouldn’t be a problem in future
