We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I loved the fact that dressing gowns and disposable slippers were provided. I slept in the single room and the bed was very comfortable. The house is deceptively spacious. Children would adore the seaside decor. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. We visited Low Hauxley nature reserve twice. Perfect for the bird watchers in our party. The hosts were friendly and provided all the information needed for an angst free check in. Highly recommended.

Nice location and some of the staff were nice and very apologetic . The property had offered a 30% discount on our stay. Yet to receive it

The bathroom was not cleaned and didn't have any towels or toilet paper. The cleaner woke us up after 9:00pm to clean the toilet- not impressed. We had booked the restaurant for 7:00pm. When we got there we were told it would be 45min before we got our table and then there would be a wait for the food. But half of the menu was sold out. We went elsewhere

Not a question of not liking, and the owner makes it very clear that there is a steep staircase to upper bedroom. Just not for immobile or inebriated 😁

Breakfast seemed to have been cooked for a while before being served as food was quite cold when it arrived. Gluten free toast requested was overdone and too hard to eat.
