The hotel apartment was very clean the staff was amazing whenever we call them they came immediate and support us this place is Close to medical academy mo Sobhy only 7 minutes by car I advise all international Doctor special who is taking Plab 2 exam to book this hotel we stayed twice each time 2 weeks even it's close to Halal restaurant walking distance. Special thanks for Rachel from the staff she helped us alot with all the requirements even she help us with our personal stuff was coming late from Airport God bless her

Booking . Com do not cover you as this company will lie to them.

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. The location was brilliant, especially if going to Hall for Cornwall. Private parking available. Very quick and easy check in and out process. The bed was massive and extremely comfy. The shower pressure was perfect.

The apartment 202 was very noisy from the floor boards above. The toilet was loose to the floor and the toilet roll holder was also loose to the wall. Some minor facility improvements needed. The directions to the private parking were non-existent through booking.com.

Well located, exactly close to the event I was going to! The only good thing I can say about the place. Because despite being a well-equipped flat, my stay was a huge nightmare

It started with check-in, which was supposed to be at 3:00pm and at 3:20 I still didn't have the check-in information. I had an event to go to, and it was a hassle! After many calls and no response from the person managing the property, I called booking to help me contact the person in charge so I could check in. Then after about 20 minutes someone called me giving me the code for the key safe, but informing me that the flat was dirty and hadn't been cleaned yet! Imagine paying £160 for a night and receiving a dirty place, with bins full of rubbish, a disgusting bathroom, already used bed linen and towels... In short, everything is dirty, from the entrance to the kitchen!

Easy to access on public transport from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy casual dinner in the bar. Room was clean and serviceable.

Everything else! Rooms are completely different to what was advertised! Complete false advertising! Unhelpful staff! When I complained about the awful standard of the prison like rooms they did not care to help! “Spa” was dangerous and dirty! Poor quality breakfast!

Food in the restaurant was atrocious. Room was filthy, huge clumps of dust, empty coke can on the floor. When I complained we were given one drink voucher by way of an apology.... far from satisfactory.
