The accommodation was clean, and spacious, the site was easy to navigate and had plenty of dog bins, it was lovely and quiet at night. The location of the site and the close proximity to the coastal path and ease of access to beautiful walks was just what we were looking for. Lovely walk to a dog friendly beach with refreshments Sip and Sea and really beautiful and easy to navigate walk into Bude and the surrounding coast.

There was no food available on site the week we stayed and the bar wasn't open either, they were the only negatives, but we were told that there would be no food available prior to travelling so we were able to bring our own food and arrange meals out to our liking.

Exceptional property, beautiful design, comfortable bed. Location is fantastic. Bathroom is spacious and the rainfall shower is luxurious. We had the luck to be in the film themed suite, it was an amazing experience, stepping into a whole different world. We are hoping to treat ourselves with a stay again in the future.

It was a pleasant stay se only stayed one night but the room was lovely We had tv which the kids enjoyed you never normally get decent channels in a hotel but the kids were pleased the location was perfect too Breakfast was perfect and rhe staff were friendly I'd definitely stay again

AmSecond time of staying here just before our holiday going from Bristol airport with it only been 10 mins away it's the perfect location and Amazing food and a fantastic breakfast to start the day. Will be back next year.

Loved this apartment. Decor, location, little touches. They really have thought of everything. Would definitely stay again if travelling to Clitheroe.

Asked for additional fee if we arrived early for early check in and late check out . We feel due to the cost of the room this would have been more discretionary like other Hotels Breakfast on Saturday a bit chaotic and long wait even though they staggered timings need more staff or better organization on guest timings Less people on Sunday it was fine Breakfast very good when we got it

Unable to watch terrestrial TV unless streaming which we could only do on BBC iPlayer, not tech savvy enough to figure out how. Perhaps this should be mentioned in the property description. Only three bowls, small plates etc for four people ? Described as having a dining area, there isn't. (No table or chairs but no room to have them) perhaps needs taken from description.
