The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble! The rooms were clean and ready upon our arrival, and we did arrive slightly early, but we were welcomed, not a problem. There was a great selection at breakfast, and it all looked fresh and very appetising. We will certainly recommend this bed and breakfast to others and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are down that way again.

I was a lone young female travelling for work, it’s always daunting to travel alone but this establishment was friendly and welcoming, easy check in, comfortable bed, great WiFi - was able to complete 3 hours of work, and a comfortable and good night sleep. Good shower and amazing vegan breakfast in the morning. Friendly waitress and overall brilliant stay - also a bonus that there was plenty of parking!

It was a little noisy up until around 11pm, but this is expected from a pub and I was still working. So I didn’t mind much.

The hotel was in such a good location with amazing views. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful, as we're those at reception. We didn't pay for a room with a sea view but we could still see the sea.

The location was marvellous. We were made to feel at home immediately on arrival. Absolutely wonderful host. Can not heap enough praise on both Rhian and Shaun.

Everything...the annexe at the rear of the building where you stay is so out dated. The room was awful, the bed was like sleeping on a rock so uncomfortable. The pillows were lumpy and in desperate need of replacing. There was extra pillows in the wardrobe but they had no pillows cases on and we're filthy the only place they needed to go was the bin. The shower is just a dribble and unusable.This place should be shut down its not fit for people to sleep there. Absolutely disgusting

Big tatty, seemed to be charging g a premium because they’re in Oxford but in my opinion it is not good value for money.
