It’s was great although no hot water in the morning! The furniture was very cheap so a bit scared of breaking it and losing the £100 deposit cuz of a dodgy chair! Value for money though (I paid £60 for a night) and so close to everything, very warm and the beds were super comfy!

The Lobby and the garden where really nice. The receptionist who check us in and helped us was very friendly and helpful. She was very thoughtful and helped us when we had some issues with the room. + the dorm beds where comfortable and have curtains for privacy

The shower in the dorm did not work so we had to shower in a different room. The receptionist offer us a different room luckily. - there where no bins in the bathroom. It’s not very female friendly - the shower in the family room went from hot to cold every 20 seconds - bathroom flooded when taking a shower (family room) - no hooks or shelves to leave your towels or other stuff in the bathroom (dorm) - no windows in the dorm

Great location close to Tenby town, restaurants etc. Very handy for us doing the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.

Be mindful this is a small property which steps out directly to the street so no space at front door: no other outdoor access. Bathroom a bit damp.

Inspection regime needed as shabby dirty utensils left by previous guests. 1 toilet roll not sufficient. Larger waste bin required after 2 days removed bag and left in the bathroom until Wednesday only 1 bag left despite 2 other bags put our no replacements given. New mattress pillows duvet and cover required that bad had to buy a single blow up bed and bedding as could only take the weight of 1 person in the middle . Clock not working cupboard doors loose and out of alignment. Poor decoration and not finished. Curtains let in light top middle and bottom and the sides . Utensils need replacing especially the dinner service. Washing up liquid supplied was obviously cheapest used 3/4 of the bottle for the week . Bathroom needs a full refurbishment tatty filthy stain ridden floor coving line scaled shower water pressure rubbish new power shower and pump required moulding grout cracks and mastic joints insufficient hooks for towels . Cracked pain's of glass and no sound insulation on the ceiling and you can hear the occupations upstairs quite clearly.
