The room was lovely and the staff really helpful. My evening meal was good and good value for money. My breakfast poached eggs were perfectly cooked - a big bonus! Plenty of parking too - another bonus.

I would have liked to have had black pudding and tomatoes included in the breakfast menu and more fruits in the fresh fruit salad - although I do understand that if you don't have many guests this may be difficult. I am also not keen on having to put numbers into a pad on a door to gain access to the bedroom area.

Its a nice play to stay in. Greatly helped me in my trip and gave me a good rest. The checkin process was smooth as well. They even facilitated my early check in for free. Thanks a lot.

The location is fabulous. Susan and Trevor were welcoming and very friendly. The roo was small, as expected, but was perfect for a few days visiting the area.

Unfortunately the photos are much better than the reality. That meant I had a false impression of what it would be like, so I was pretty disappointed.

Sadly, although the staff were all good, the premises are dated, particularly the restaurant. Vegetarian options edible but reminiscent of 1970s. Overpriced and underwhelming.

Unfortunately the room we had was over the kitchen and although it was beautifully appointed it was really hot, the extractor fan from the kitchen was below our window and really noisy although it was turned off about 10.30. It was turned on about 6.30am. We could not fully open the window to let some of the heat out due to restrictors on the window for safety reasons and although a fan was in the room, which suggested they were aware of this problem, it was not effective enough to allow for a comfortable night.

Steep stairs for older people with suitcases. Pathetic water pressure in shower, and water took an age to warm up.
