A lovely warm welcome and friendly staff in bar. Room has all it needs, bathroom was small but shower was good. Comfortable bed. Very accommodating team. Food was good.

Check out was lengthy. Ensure you pay upfront or as you go, unless you don’t mind a long process of credit card being keyed into computer by hand (no card machine) at check out. Also make you you don’t sit at the wrong table for breakfast or you’ll get told off! Breakfast was tasty though!

I requested a gluten free breakfast which was beautiful. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The ensuite had just been refurbished

Not enough toilet roll provided so had to purchase some along with a dish cloth as there wasn't anything to clean with. Needs to be made clearer that the entrance to the property is at the rear and not on the seafront as the online photos show.

It did the job ..... nothing too fancy ... but it is what you'd expect for the price charged.

Parking is an issue ..... it is located next to a busy service station and there was an extra charge for parking that put a damper on things. It might sound like a small thing ... but it isn't as if the car park is in the middle of a large city .... you're in the countryside!!!! Why can't patrons be given free car parking?.... it is just a thought ... and I don't want it to overshadow a good experience with some very friendly staff.
