Great location, accommodation was good, staff were friendly. Had to stay in the back annex due to the main hotel being closed for renovations, but the room was good.

The renovations, was emailed before arrival warning us but was not clear that the whole main hotel/bar was completely closed

Everything at the cottage was good,even a welcome pack .Jussi our dog thanks you for her treats and was well behaved. Good walk around the lovely village as well

Nothing wrong with cottage but a little bit tricky parking when other cars passing . Sadly the Nee Inn was closed for the week we were there and the Old Inn is closed up

Good value and close enough to Terminal 3 with just a 15 minute walk on the skywalk. However, just a very short distance from Terminal 2.

We arrived at 5pm and our room wasn’t ready. When we got into our room there were leftover cakes, chocolate and wine from the previous people. Based on the fruit this had been there for a good few days. The next day after our rooms were cleaned the previous days dirty mugs were still there, not enough towels for the number in the party and no teabags. On the final day there was no hot water in the restaurant for tea and there were limited choices due to being slightly later down to breakfast but still well before finishing time.

Very impersonal check in system. Would be good to see a person rather than a screen. If already booked in you still have to queue behind someone else trying to work their way around the screen based system. Chef failed to turn up at breakfast on one day so limited hot food actions although staff did well.
