- “Everything was amazing and I would totally recommend. The house has loads of space inside and out, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a washing machine and small dishwasher. Upstairs is a great space with a large bed, loads of storage, modern bathroom and lovely balcony facing the harbour. There’s water, coffee and basic supplies provided, Efthymios picked up and dropped off for the ferry plus he helped arrange a hire car and provided maps and advice. The sea, port and shops are very close and Chora and beyond a short drive. All in all it was perfect and I loved my stay.”

  Excellent location in Solva and really friendly owners and staff. Nothing too much trouble for them. Good choice of breakfast in the morning and great food available on the evening. We ate twice in the evenings and both times comfortable atmosphere and good food. The bathroom was spacious and included a bath/shower useful after a day walking on the coast. Really quiet location on the way into Solva.

  The upstairs hallway had motion sensitive lights, on the final day the lights did not come on so was quite dark to leave. Fortunately there was another exit rather than trying the stairs

  Being a coeliac it is easier and 'safer' for me to prepare my own meals so the microwave and fridge were useful. Bed was very good - probably one of the most comfy I have slept in while away from home. Despite being on a busy road the bedroom was at the back of the house so no noise problem at all.

  The rooms were stunning, bathrooms very clean and fans provided in all rooms which was good as they were very warm. We had a warm welcome on arrival and the rooms were ready for us. The driving range proved a hit with our teenagers.

  The lack of staff serving at the bar and at breakfast meant service was extremely slow. We were at a wedding and therefore footfall would have been expected but still very minimal staff serving at any given time.
