Had to change fron Himley as it was so rubbish,and trust me...it was worth it,staff was more polite, had all facilities,and by that i mean hot water..as last hotel hadn't it for 2 days...close to restaurants,pool table,slot machine:))..for 55 60£./night.is a good choice i think.

Easy to check-in and it had good water pressure from the shower.

Walls felt like they were paper thin. Could hear the occupants from other rooms. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. We also arrived to find the bed looking half made and with dirty glasses on the side as well.

Dirty sheets, dirty room, absolutely filthy kitchen with someone’s takeaway still lying about even though we were the only people staying in the property, no towels, shower was temperamental, toilet seat was broken, no remote for the tv and place needed completely redecorated.

Have stayed here before. Not as good this time. Feel the room was tired and need of freshen up. Disappointed in the restaurant area being closed. Had to eat in bar area. No atmosphere.

Outside bar area littered with cigarette ends - would take moments to sweep up 😕 We really like this hotel, but please please get bedding that is big enough for the beds. The sheets don't tuck in and the quilt isn't wide enough. A small investment would massively improve the stay.
