The pod is unbelievably cozy! It does get quite warm during the day which is expected as it’s a pod, this wasn’t a problem for us as we were out exploring all day :) it was the perfect temperature at night. The pigs and chickens are so adorable and it was very peaceful reading outside being around them. The location is perfect so close to everything you need and the hosts were amazing, couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be returning later in the year if there’s availability!!

The breakfast(s) had a very good range of choice and everything was fresh and cooked to order. The location is absolutely fantastic and our room looked out directly onto the river/boats. The hosts, Andrew & Stephanie were so friendly and able to give good advice re local sites, restaurants etc.

Absolutely nothing to dislike but i would suggest that if anyone has issues with hill and stairs contact the hosts first to seek advice re room availability. I am 71yrs and my good wife not quite as old and we had no issues with being on the second floor but some, particularly of our age group, could easily struggle. I believe both hosts would give very good and honest advice .

A clean, convenient, efficient hotel, excellent staff and a splendid breakfast. The view from the sixth floor from my room was very nearly breath-taking. I could find no fault.

I thought this room looked better online than in person to be honest. The flooring was wonky, everything felt a bit dated, but maybe some would find it charming. I wouldn’t rush to come back but I didn’t have a bad time either.

The location was very ideal and accommodation was welcoming, well furnished and exactly like on the pictures.

We were a group of 3 friends (clearly indicated in the booking) and it was only set up for 2. There were only 2 towels and no bedsheet for the sofa bed. When we texted the owner to inquire, they were convinced that we were meant to have everything but we didn’t. They said the best that could be done would be to be delivered the sheets and towel the following morning. Not ideal but no other solution. We waited all morning the following day and nothing arrived. We texted again and the only response was that the cleaning team would be passing by “positively” at some point. When they eventually came (around 1ish), everything was given to us in a bin bag. Such a shame as the place in itself was very good but we don’t keep an amazing memory because but this incident and how it was dealt with.

The door to my Room 102 had a notice warning me about the step once inside. When I opened the door there was literally no floor at door level but immediately two full steps down to room floor level. I am amazed that this satisfies safety requirements
