Absolutely superb apartment with an extremely friendly and generous host. We received very clear instructions well before arrival on how to access the apartment. We needed secure space for our bikes. Lita met us at the apartment to park the bikes. The layout, decor and cleanliness of the apartment were second to none. And Lita had stocked the kitchen and bathrooms with many, many useful consumable items - over and above anything we would have expected.

Too far away no buses, the location is non reachable, non of but driver goes there, but the receptionist, staff Are superb friendly, to behonest lovely place but transport, haleluya, No Bus goes there, be very careful, if you need Ubber go out airport near Milton order one, Airport tax too expensive, too much for 10 min, hey ripoff

Bedrooms were large with lots of space, central location was good with having small children. Sofa bed in the living room was good and comfortable. Didn’t see the owner during our stay, but that’s how we like things, to just be self sufficient. Communication prior to stay was all very clear and timely.

Parking is £15 for a day which would be a fair expense if staying longer than a few nights. There is a toaster and microwave but no cooker. We only stayed a few days so could manage but would have missed a cooker had we stayed longer. Floorboards were very creaky and sounded even louder trying to creep to the bathroom at night. It was SO noisy outside on Saturday night, the noise kept me awake, possibly because I was being nosey listening to the conversations!

The Nags Head is finished to a very high standard inside and out. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom are stunning. The food was superb!

I paid for this hotel 2 weeks prior on booking.com however the receptionist staff on arrival told me that I had to pay again as it had been declined even though the money was taken from my bank weeks ago, I was told that the money from booking.com would just go back into my account. I thought I would ask the receptionist staff about this again the next day as the money had still not gone back into my account, I was told they will look into it. On the third day I spoke to the manager and she said that it had been an error on their part and she could see I did pay with booking.com previously, she said she had processed a refund and it might take a couple of days. However it’s been 4 days and the money still hasn’t gone into my account!! This has caused me to go into my overdraft as I wasn’t expecting to have to pay out another £500 on top of what I already paid!! I would like this money back and I would also please like some compensation for my troubles.
