The villa's location was also ideal, with easy access to charming nearby dining (5 minutes walking distance), as well as beautiful hiking trails for exploring the natural beauty of the region. walking from her Vila via Kościelisko and end up to dolina za bramką. vila is 30 min walking distance to centrum too. Overall, our stay at the villa was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a stunning setting. I can't wait to return! Money value.”

  Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even leading us a personal phone charger for the night. The spa facilities were excellent and made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Didn't feel rushed to leave the hotel.

  If I'm being picky, the carpet in the hallway on the ground floor had a lot of wear and stains, time for a refresh. The rest of the facilities were very good.

  Beautiful lobby, room was lovely and clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was hot and restaurant nice and quiet at 7.30am. Reception staff were friendly on check in. Location good for getting to and from the train station.

  Unfortunately we had disruptive guests on the 6th floor who came back after a night of drinking and continued the party in the corridor singing, shouting, potentially inviting other people to stay over and banging on each other’s doors. This went on for about 45 minutes. I sent a message through the website and my husband tried to contact staff using the phone but we didn’t get through to anyone. I understand the hotel doesn’t have 24 hour reception staff but unfortunately we couldn’t find anyone to make a complaint to. Slightly disappointed and we didn’t get quite the relaxing night’s sleep we hoped for.

  The park near by for pleasant walk. The wedding reception area was spacious and nicely decorated, and service was good. Parking was free.

  Room 11 - The bedding and towels were clean. However, the rooms are very dated, had ants, no remote for TV, kettle needed descaling, no plug in sink, wardrobe door had come off and was propped againt the window. I sat on the sofa and fell through, and it turned out the base was partly missing. The shower head was loose. As a family, we had 7 rooms after a wedding reception that was on the premises and all more or less of the same quality. Heating was on full in rooms and corridors, with no controls to turn it down, all the windows in the building were open to let air in, weather temperature 18 degrees, so making it very stuffy .
