The position was great for visiting London. Access to the underground & buses. The room was good and clean the bed comfy. The food was good too.

We did not like the way we were billed as they took double payments one they cleared up when brought to their attention a second double payment took 10 days to show removed from bank account.

Good size and really cheap, staff really friendly and helpful. Hotels opsite beach and entertainment so really good . Would definaly go again .

Not really negatives more things need updating . Ie signs stating they do food when they don't now , Would been nice to have the some basic items like handwash/toiletries for showing etc and the normal tea and coffee items you would normaly expect. Ie facilities were there ,kettle . But no tea and coffee items just sugar. And need to change signage regarding food as they said they do t do breakfast etc now. Such a shame as would have had breakfast there. But considering the price that made the above items not an issue just a little freidly helpfull advice .

This was in the village where my wife was brought up so a special place.

A small light for the spiral staircase switched from the mezzanine bed area. Travelling to the bathroom would be a lot easier especially for older people.

TV didn’t work, room was adjacent to railway track, stationed, right outside window, but next time I will just ask for alternate room, not an issue really

A bit dated needs a fresh up. Also cistern in bathroom needs fixed Stair’s creaked so bottom bedroom heard your movements. Also my friend got bitten in bed upstairs room
