Positive section of review
The location. It was right next to the Edgeware Road with plenty of shops and places to eat. I was also quite pleased to find a phone repair shop when I needed a replacement screen protector after breaking mine going down the stair at the hotel. The shower was nice as it was one of those showers with a wide shower head. That is literally it.

I booked a triple deluxe room as my wife was having some medical treatment done and neither of us wanted to be stuck in the same bed together when she was trying to stay in one position as to not hamper recovery. I didn't like being lied to in the photos. I didn't like the sofa bed that I had to physically move around the room because it was not in anyway in a position where it could be opened! I'm physically disabled so I ended up hurting my back from having to mess around with it. There was no one to ask. No linen for the sofa bed. The worlds thinnest mattress on it as well. No pillows for the sofa bed. Also owing to the appalling size of the room, I could not set up my CPAP machine safely while using that sofa bed so I have gone three nights without essential medical equipment. When I tried to check out at the end of our stay, no one there. A lady appeared and then proceeded to walk past me on her phone. I had to get her attention to check out. No thank you, no safe journey, nothing. Considering that there was a Holiday Inn closer to clinic (which we discovered much to our chagrin) that would have been cheaper, I am livid that I looked ahead with booking.com that has never steered me wrong before. What is also a little frightening is that they do day rates for rooms. Obviously I'll leave that to your imagination. Do your research and find something else.

The lounge areas were beautifully decorated and comfortable with lovely views to the loch. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the overall ambience to the hotel was exceptional. Loved it.

Bed frame is smaller than mattress and sides of mattress tend to sag causing me to almost fall from bed!
