Firstly, staff were really friendly and welcoming, Location to the Utilita Arena is brilliant, and you are 5 min walk into the city centre and New Street staion and all shops. You can order food to the hotel, which is just great. Also, check out is 12 pm. I'd stay again.

Only one lift was working, and the vending machine was out of order. The vending machine isn't really an issue as you can get drinks from the bar at decent prices, but the lift is annoying.

The setting of the property was great , close to the beach and get nice fish and chips from fryers tucks, The restaurant at the Waterfront Restaurant, had lovely breakfast and lunch with great sea views. Beachdown was great very spacious accommodation and great views

Property could do with a bit of TLC on the outside, lots of weeds on the driveway and the grass at the top a round the patio area need a good cutting. Roof terrace could also need a clean up. Great inside the home, just needs a bit of a tidy up and be 10/10

The chap on reception when we arrived was very helpful. We had an issue with the first room we were allocated; it was dealt with promptly and we were moved to a different room. Location was great for getting into town easily by bus.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property and room were very poor. The main window in the bedroom desperately needs replacing. The main table in the room was very unsteady. Generally the accommodation needs some love and attention. The key codes were a bit of a pain to use to get into the bedrooms. We had to call for help to get in on our 2nd night. That said it was dealt with promptly and we managed to get in. The car park surface is very uneven. Be careful in the dark.
