Located in a lovely area, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were attending The Royal Albert Hall which was only a short walk away.

Very small apartment, located in a lovely area. Couple of negatives, the apartment was very small also there was a smell of weed wafting into the room late on the evening. I’m guessing it was via the hvac. The other was receiving an email that said I may be charged a £30 cleaning fee, this was after booking and paying in full before arrival.

The location was spot on. Close to shops and restaurants, nightclubs if that takes your fancy. The staff were friendly.

When we booked up there was no information about room’s being directly opposite a nightclub that was open till 4am and you could here everything, all the words to the music as if it was playing in your room. So if you want to go to sleep at 4am and wake up at 7am because the road sweepers start then this is for you. Maybe they should give out some ear plugs.Check out time is 11am which is not ideal. No need for a £50 deposit. Don’t know why companies do this.

The location and lake view was beautiful.the room was nice and spacious.

The basic things like a mini tooth paste, hand or body lotion were not available. The most important is water bottles were not provided in the room for the guest which is again a basic for the money you pay. A 85p toothpaste was sold for £3. The vending machine were old school, no contactless, who roams with coin these days. The breakfast was very simple and dull.
