The room was freezing needs more heating facilities. Also check in is abit late at 4pm .My friends all paid alot cheaper than me so I thought £145 was a bit steep.

We didn’t receive what it said we would receive in our rooms & when asked about the fridge and microwave like it stated we would get they said they don’t do microwaves anymore and they would get us a fridge but it never came so we spent an awful lot of money on food what then got wasted and had to be chucked in as it all went off. Not very happy at all with this and we asked a few times!

There was no mirror near a plug socket for drying your hair. I was not pleased to discover that when nearly asleep after reading in bed, you have to get out of said bed to turn the side lights off at the wall socket. The lamps do not have switches on them. It was further annoying, that when mentioned to staff they just said yes we know!!!

The rooms were exceptionally dated. The overhead lights didn't work which we didn't realise until we came back at night and tried to switch them on. We had to find the bedside lights in the dark to switch them on. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was too small for the furniture in it. The bedroom door didn't open fully as it hit the bedside cabinet and the wardrobe door wouldn't open fully as it hit the bedside cabinet on the other side of the bed.
